每個隊有14人,如果有受傷隊員,可以最多放2人在IR裡面而不占出場陣容,所以最多16人,在其中:

Bench (BN): 3
Injured Reserve (IR): 2

12隊循環賽,8隊出線打季後賽。每周兩隊head to head的時候,這一周裡面,每場上場隊員的表現總合,細分為下面15個類別,贏一個類別得2分,平得一分,輸0分。常規賽31場比完後總分前8出線,季後賽兩隊一對一淘汰賽。

其中,每周守門員必須出場4次以上,否則門將的所有類別都算輸。
