房產增值稅唯一減免的途徑就是capital loss
也就是你一套房產的capital gain,只有通過其它的capital loss,比如股票,基金或者另一套房產的capital loss。
其它都不能抵扣
剩下的避稅方法就是把房產的比例,給收入低的那個人比例高一些。但是要合理。一個1%,另一個99%,那麼CRA分分鍾罰你沒商量

當妳買賣太頻繁而且獲利較多的時候,CRA可以將增值的金額定性為 Business Income而不是Capital Gain,稅要繳得更多
