请问轮胎卡可以交Richmond的地税水费吗?

前几天申请了轮胎卡，今天收到。请问可以交Richmond的水费和地税吗？Payee应该选哪个啊？

Can tire 信用卡好像只在他们店或者他们指定的几家店购物才有好处。其他地方买东西消费啥好处木有。。就是一张信用卡。。。

payee的话温村的好像叫Vancouver-tax 和 Vancouver-utility 搜索Vancouver就会出来

你在payee里搜索richmond看看 地税和水费应该各有一个

等设置好了先付个0.01过几天查看一下市政府那里的my account看有没有0.01的记录，有就妥当啦
