【操作步骤】
萝卜丝馅的制作:
A 将白萝卜洗净,刨皮,然后用细网眼的刨子刨成细丝。
B 把水烧开后,将刨成丝的萝卜放进去焯水。
C 过凉水后用纱布挤干萝卜丝
D.生姜切末,葱切碎,
E.锅里放油先炒香姜末,再加肉碎煸炒,接着放酱油,料酒,糖,盐调味煮熟,关火,把萝卜丝拌进炒好的肉馅中,最后放大量的葱花。
饼的制作:
A 中筋面粉,酵母,糖,水和植物油,所有材料混合均匀,醒发1个小时.
B 分割面团成9个剂子
C 取一个面团包入足够多的馅料。(因为面皮特别软,可以放很多馅料)
D 一面沾上芝麻.
E 锅中放入比较多的油来煎萝卜丝饼,芝麻面先朝下, 这样做的饼外皮酥脆,内里柔软。
