伦敦行政法庭法官判定：伦敦政经学院LSE违反信息自由法

在年初的菜论文行政诉讼中，伦敦政经学院LSE向行政法庭声称没有菜博士的口试资料，但是在同一时期，LSE法律主管Haynes向台湾法务部正式提供了菜论文口试人员名录。因此，伦敦行政法庭法官Alison McKenna于6月中旬推翻年初行政法庭作出的有关LSF没有菜论文口试资料的判决，命令伦敦政经学院在28天内做出澄清并提供菜论文口试资料。。。。。距真相越来越近

In a Freedom of Information request, the LSE was asked for the names of President Tsai’s examiners, however, the school claimed that it lacked the identities of the thesis examiners. At the same time, Kevin Haynes, the “Head of Legal Team” at LSE, volunteered to the ROC Ministry of Justice the names of purported examiners.

Judge McKeena ordered the London School of Economics to respond within 28 days.
