这下好了。。。ndp政府大受鼓舞，可以follow suit了。。。巴黎买房，一向要看政治气候。。。左翼势力强盛时，总会有些针对房东的惊人之举。。。

如果每年房租的回报率为房价的4%，那么空置税的税率为0.04x60%=3.6%，仍然比本省的2%投机税高出不少
