這下好了。。。ndp政府大受鼓舞，可以follow suit了。。。巴黎買房，一向要看政治氣候。。。左翼勢力強盛時，總會有些針對房東的驚人之舉。。。

如果每年房租的回報率為房價的4%，那麼空置稅的稅率為0.04x60%=3.6%，仍然比本省的2%投機稅高出不少
