是的，在他家北侧打横流入涵洞
隐忧是，一旦遇上暴风雨未及时清理堵塞，恐怕有麻烦

Torrential rains trigger Tri-City flooding, landslide 2020-2-1
BC Hydro and Port Coquitlam Mayor Brad West confirmed the torrential rains had torn debris from the river banks and flushed them downstream. When they hit the culvert passing under Coast Meridian Road, they jammed, creating a bottleneck and spilling water over the road and into the neighbouring properties.

我不会去碰这个。这好像是个很大口径的涵洞，重建可能要做环评和地质报告。

房子本身并不差。但是小溪和涵洞不是装修翻新能改变的。水域附近的树也不能砍，刮风和暴雨就得担心。
