    it depends.

    Mon you should be paid if u have worked for this employer for a while.

    Sat prob not. most employer would like to give you a day off instead of paying OT.

    Depends on your cut-off day.

    If these days fall in same pay period, you are eligible for one and half pay.

    it is better to follow ur compay's policy if u wish to build a good relationship w ur boss n stay there long.

    一周沒有超過40小時可以不算over time，個人排班不一樣, STAT不算WORK HOURS。

    一周沒有超過40小時可以不算over time，個人排班不一樣, STAT不算WORK HOURS。


    我查過政府網站，沒有找到明文規定。
