On this post, we are going to discuss some activities you can do to help you resist Slouching!
1. You can put your back to the wall everyday for 2~5 mins!
2. You can balance a book on your head for 30~45 sec!
3. Make sure your ear is aligned & above your shoulder!
4. You can always tell your friends or family to help you remind if your slouching!
5. Always sit/stand up in the Non-Slouching Position!
You can use these "Activities" to help you resist Slouching!
