急求助-楓葉卡更新要求的護照上出入境章翻譯公證

Translations by family members are not acceptable. 實在被這條要求弄昏了頭。我媽的中國出入境章都是中文的,必然需要翻譯了。那是說護照的復印件必須公證,然後還要有人逐個翻譯那些章,然後翻譯本人還必須到公證人那裡宣誓嗎?如果翻譯人屬於省一級的什麼翻譯協會那他/她不必宣誓稱自己的翻譯正確。 壇子上有模有朋友是做這個的?歐們想拜托您幫忙,酬勞按您公司公示價格。謝謝

幫瓢蟲MM電一下@嘉譯無敵 他好像做駕照的翻譯但不知他做不做這個。。。

我的理解是，出入境章的翻譯不用公證，只要找個人翻，（只要不是家人），附上宣誓書簽上名。如果找認可的翻譯，則不用附宣誓書，大概蓋上章即可。

有些客人來找我們補做公證,是因為被退件的情況主要出在certified copy的公證問題上,即使是省級翻譯協會的認證會員也是無權公證復印件的, 鋼印蓋了也沒用!必須由以下人士來做certified copy:

具體什麼情況會接納什麼情況不會接納,應該以CIC官方解釋和具體實踐為准,除此以外都只應該作為參考。也有一些幸運人士,不做翻譯也不做公證,文件同樣被接納。還有一位移民顧問,本身是英語專業的,也曾經是翻譯協會會員,但是後來放棄了會籍,雖然如此,她的翻譯遞交上去,因為質量沒有問題,也同樣獲得CIC接納。

護照全部公證翻譯的市價是每本$50+5%GST，別被忽悠了哈！如果找不到可以電話604-278-2608……
