而且第二块地只有从15年开始的记录
这个估计被骗了，政府网站显示只有15年开始的记录
估计是卖以前给分了2块，因为发现自己占便宜了，
就把地送人了，估计也许就是二次卖了自己不好意思说
因为记录上显示15年才开始有评估价值的

原来这两块地最初是由Joan 和Steven Brundin 夫妇在1989年买下，因此有两个PID，但当初购买时这对夫妇是当做一块地皮购入的。

从政府地图上看
所购买的地块12000
另外一个地块是6000

基本是一半一半的关系

但是就目前政府网站还是显示他购买的是12000的地，那就太奇怪了

这个新地被分出来的只有15年开始的记录
如果按照买家当时买的时候不知道是不是现在这个地图
明显被人陷害了，卖家很有可疑

如果是2个PID，那么每一个就应该是6000 和6000的关系

对吧

现在来看不一定是经纪的责任

第一块地的文件显示就是12000的大小

但是这个测量图是什么时候给的，给的什么样子不知道

唯一知道的是在5年以前政府是没有对另外6000的地做过任何估价的

诈骗嫌疑很大
