BCAA,$89 if you can drive your car to their site, $119 if you ask them to go to your garage, the price may be raised 'cause I had this done 3 years ago.

Could you tell me where is BCAA, or How could I find them, Please. Are they a company owned by government?
BCAA stands for British Columbia Automobial Association, it is a branch of AAA or CAA. If you are a member of BCAA, you will have worry free travels all over the North America continent. As long as your vehicle has problems that you can not fix by yourself, call them for help, the prompt is usually 45 minutes to 1 hour. They also provide services such as travel agency, insurrence(better than ins. in ICBC), mechanical inspection, etc. You can even get some free maps from them if you regist to be the member of them. The annual fee for the membership is about 70 CAD and you can have your gas filled in Mohawk-Husky stations all over Lower Mainland for point collection, that will bring you about half of your membership cost per year.
In Burnaby, BCAA is located somewhere near Canada Way and Beta (St or Ave?), one block east of Willingdon. I am not sure where it is located in Richmond, sorry. I bet you can find enough information from their web site.
