已算觸犯了本地法律了？ 也是該我學學，趕上形勢了。。。

BULLYING 一直都存在,不論在什麼年齡層。網上的BULLYING 比較隱晦,如果沒有直接發生在自己身上,好多人對此並不敏感。

看看這個Cyberbullying 是如何被定義的:

It is defined in legal glossaries as use of internet service and mobile technologies such as web pages and discussion groups as well as instant messaging or SMS text messaging with the intention of harming another person.

Examples of what constitutes cyberbullying include communications that seek to intimidate, control, manipulate, put down, falsely discredit, or humiliate the recipient. The actions are deliberate, repeated, and hostile behavior intended to harm another.
