But in Picture 4, the lady with a colorful mask is of the same height as the lady in Blue, and there seems to be nobody between her and Jill. The man in the Black mask in Picture 3 doesn't exist in Picture 4.
Also in Picture 3, there are several people in black behind the lady in a colorful mask, the lady in Blue is behind Joe Biden. But in Picture 4, between Joe and Jill is a white all, and the lady in the Blue is behind Jill instead.
From the image of Joe and Jill, you can see that the angles of Picture 3 and Picture are not that different, certainly not enough to "shift" the lady in blue from behind Biden to behind Jill.
And the height too. In picture 3, the lady in blue in much taller than Joe, but in picture 4, she is much shorter. Again, the change of angles is not enough to create such a huge difference.
